Registration and obtaining identity in accordance with Law 3843/2010 will include:
The building permit or relevant legalization documents
Approved plans based on the building permit
Energy performance certificate of the building or parts thereof
Floor plans, which depict the building as constructed
The millimeter table and the cost allocation study of the building
Legal documents of ownership
Certificate of completeness of the Building Identity.
As of the beginning of 2022, the Electronic Building Identity becomes mandatory for all property transfers, as well as for new building permits, business operating licenses, loan agreements with banks and connections to networks.
