	EPC ISSUANCE SP DOMISIS - Spanidis Georgios Civil Engineer, Kavala Obtain your property's Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) today so that it can be classified in the corresponding energy efficiency category. Since January 1, 2016, it is mandatory to issue an EPC for every building or part of a building that is rented or sold. For properties built after 1983 (constructed after 14/3/1983)

Copy of semi-outdoor space/illegal construction regularization (if applicable)
